Vera Rullens
As a marine biologist and spatial ecological modeller, my interest lies in modelling the ecological processes and functions in estuarine environments that underpin the generation of ecosystem services and help inform environmental management. In my current role as a postdoctoral researcher with the University of Waikato, I focuses on the use of tools and risk assessments strategies for Ecosystem Based Management in New Zealand, with a special interest in the effect of cumulative stressors on benthic communities.
