With a background in environmental project management, Regan has since moved into environmental condition reporting. First at EPA Victoria where she worked on the Water Quality Index Report Card and now at the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning where she coordinates the Port Phillip Bay Environmental Management Plan 2017-2027.
